Programme Access & Terms Acknowledgement
By enrolling in The Intuitive Abstract Artist, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You will receive access to the Programme content via the online Programme Area, including video lessons and supporting materials.


Programme access is currently provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. During selected promotions, an additional year of access to the course curriculum only may be included.


You may also receive access to a private community group. Participation is subject to group rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the group without refund.


Any bonuses offered at the time of enrolment are included and may change over time.


Disclaimer
Results are not guaranteed. Your progress and outcomes depend on your own commitment, practice, motivation, and individual skill level.


Learning and mastering intuitive abstract art takes time, consistency, and patience. Results will vary from artist to artist.


The Company is not responsible for your personal or professional results following participation in the Programme.


Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have watched no more than 8 video lessons.


No refunds will be issued after 14 days or if you exceed the lesson limit.


Upon refund, you must immediately cease use of all Programme materials and community access.


Fees & Payment Plans
In consideration of your access to The Intuitive Abstract Artist Programme, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined at the point of purchase.
You may choose one of the following payment options:
3-Month Payment Plan – 3 monthly payments of £550


If you select a payment plan, the first payment is due immediately. Your chosen payment method will then be automatically charged on a monthly basis for the remaining instalments.
By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the full Programme fee, payable in instalments.
Commitment to Complete Payments
Payment plans are offered as a convenience only. They do not change the total amount owed.
You agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of personal circumstances, changes in financial situation, or your level of participation in the Programme.
You may not cancel, pause, or avoid remaining payments once enrolled.
If any payment is missed or fails, the Company reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend access to the Programme and all related materials


Continue to pursue outstanding payments until the balance is paid in full


Access may be reinstated once all overdue payments have been successfully processed.
Payment Plan Authorisation
If you elect to pay via a payment plan, you hereby authorise the Company to automatically charge your credit or debit card in accordance with the payment option selected above.
You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details remain valid and up to date for the duration of the payment plan.

Refund Policy

We know that if you complete the work in the course you will experience a very personal and fulfilling transformation where you will evolve as an artist and connect to your unique creative voice.
However, if you feel that the course just isn't for you and you have watched NO MORE than 8 video lessons, within the 14-day time frame then you can request a refund.
Strictly no refunds after this date will be offered or if you have exceeded the lesson watched number.

1) Digital Products, Courses & Programmes
Due to the digital nature of our offers, all sales are final unless an alternative refund window is expressly stated on the individual checkout page, sales page, or programme-specific Terms & Conditions.
Where immediate access is granted to:
digital lessons
course portals
workbooks and templates
video trainings
downloadable resources
bonus materials
streamed masterclasses
private communities
replay libraries
you expressly request supply of the digital content within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once access has been granted.
Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, transfers, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds will be issued except where required by law.

2) Programme-Specific Refund Windows
Certain programmes may include a limited conditional refund period, such as:
a fixed number of days from purchase
a lesson access threshold
a milestone-based satisfaction guarantee
Where this applies, the programme-specific checkout terms and written Terms & Conditions override this general policy.
Refund requests must strictly satisfy all stated conditions.
Once the stated timeframe expires, or the permitted usage threshold is exceeded, the purchase becomes fully non-refundable.

3) Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered as a convenience only and do not constitute a subscription, monthly membership, or pay-as-you-go arrangement.
By choosing a payment plan, you are entering into a commitment to pay the full purchase price, split into instalments.
All remaining instalments remain legally due regardless of:
participation level
attendance
lesson completion
use of the community
personal circumstances
business performance
financial hardship
dissatisfaction with outcomes
Missed, failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of access while the full outstanding balance remains payable.

4) Duplicate Purchases, Billing Errors & Technical Faults
Refunds or account credits may be considered solely at the discretion of Ciara Gilmore in cases involving:
accidental duplicate purchases
duplicate checkout submissions
incorrect multiple charges
material technical failures preventing access
corrupted or materially faulty digital content
system errors that cannot be reasonably remedied
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of payment and any relevant screenshots.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, inaccessible, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

5) Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
change of mind
failure to use the product
forgetting to attend live sessions
lack of implementation
failure to apply a discount code
mistaken purchases after access
not achieving expected artistic, energetic, personal, or business results
personal financial changes
preference-based dissatisfaction
time constraints or inability to complete the programme

6) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute is initiated after access has been granted, Ciara Gilmore reserves the right to:
immediately revoke access to all products and programme areas
remove access to bonuses and communities
suspend any future purchases
provide the payment processor with proof of access, lesson progress, and acceptance of these terms
This includes evidence of:
checkout consent
immediate-access waiver acknowledgment
login history
lesson completion analytics
download access
live call attendance
community participation
