Programme Access & Terms Acknowledgement
By enrolling in The Intuitive Abstract Artist, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You will receive access to the Programme content via the online Programme Area, including video lessons and supporting materials.


Programme access is currently provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. During selected promotions, an additional year of access to the course curriculum only may be included.


You may also receive access to a private community group. Participation is subject to group rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the group without refund.


Any bonuses offered at the time of enrolment are included and may change over time.

Results are not guaranteed. Your progress and outcomes depend on your own commitment, practice, motivation, and individual skill level.


Learning and mastering intuitive abstract art takes time, consistency, and patience. Results will vary from artist to artist.


The Company is not responsible for your personal or professional results following participation in the Programme.


Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have watched no more than 8 video lessons.


No refunds will be issued after 14 days or if you exceed the lesson limit.


Upon refund, you must immediately cease use of all Programme materials and community access.


Fees & Payment Plans
In consideration of your access to The Intuitive Abstract Artist Programme, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined at the point of purchase.
You may choose one of the following payment options:
3-Month Payment Plan – 3 monthly payments of £550


5-Month Payment Plan – 5 monthly payments of £350


If you select a payment plan, the first payment is due immediately. Your chosen payment method will then be automatically charged on a monthly basis for the remaining instalments.
By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the full Programme fee, payable in instalments.
Commitment to Complete Payments
Payment plans are offered as a convenience only. They do not change the total amount owed.
You agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of personal circumstances, changes in financial situation, or your level of participation in the Programme.
You may not cancel, pause, or avoid remaining payments once enrolled.
If any payment is missed or fails, the Company reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend access to the Programme and all related materials


Continue to pursue outstanding payments until the balance is paid in full


Access may be reinstated once all overdue payments have been successfully processed.
Payment Plan Authorisation
If you elect to pay via a payment plan, you hereby authorise the Company to automatically charge your credit or debit card in accordance with the payment option selected above.
You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details remain valid and up to date for the duration of the payment plan.
