Refund Policy

A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase only, provided you have accessed no more than 8 video lessons inside the programme.

Once either of the following occurs, you become ineligible for a refund:

14 days have passed since purchase
more than 8 video lessons have been accessed

After this point, all sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

If a refund is approved within the above conditions, you must immediately cease use of all programme materials, downloads, bonuses, live calls, and community access.

Fees, Payment Plans & Commitment to Complete Payments

the first payment is due immediately at checkout
your selected payment method will be automatically charged monthly for the remaining instalments
you are committing to the full programme fee, not a month-to-month membership

Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and do not alter the total amount owed.

By enrolling on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments in full regardless of your level of participation, attendance on calls, personal circumstances, financial changes, or personal results.

Remaining payments may not be cancelled, paused, avoided, or reversed once enrolled.

Failed Payments & Access Suspension

If any instalment payment fails, is disputed, or is not successfully collected, Ciara Gilmore reserves the right to:

immediately suspend access to the programme
remove access to bonuses, live calls, and community spaces
continue to pursue all outstanding payments until the balance is paid in full

Access may be reinstated once all overdue payments have been successfully processed.

By choosing a payment plan, you authorise Ciara Gilmore to automatically charge your chosen payment method in accordance with the selected instalment option.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date for the full duration of your payment plan.

All programmes, courses, digital products, trainings, bonuses, downloads, workbooks, video lessons, live call materials, templates, and supporting resources provided by Ciara Gilmore are supplied under a single-user, personal-use licence only.

Your purchase grants access solely to you as the named purchaser.

The sharing, copying, recording, reproduction, resale, sublicensing, distribution, public posting, or transfer of any materials, whether in part or in full, is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorised use, duplication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any programme materials may result in immediate removal of access without refund and may lead to further legal action where necessary.

1) Digital Products, Courses & Programmes
Due to the digital nature of our offers, all sales are final unless an alternative refund window is expressly stated on the individual checkout page, sales page, or programme-specific Terms & Conditions.
Where immediate access is granted to:
digital lessons
course portals
workbooks and templates
video trainings
downloadable resources
bonus materials
streamed masterclasses
private communities
replay libraries
you expressly request supply of the digital content within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once access has been granted.
Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, transfers, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds will be issued except where required by law.

4) Duplicate Purchases, Billing Errors & Technical Faults
