Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Expansion Vortex™ is a six-month commitment.

By joining, you are committing to the full six-month programme and the full programme fee.

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable and the programme cannot be cancelled once your commitment has begun, except where you have a statutory legal right that cannot be excluded.

If you choose a payment plan, this is simply a way of spreading the full programme fee across instalments. It is not a monthly subscription and cannot be cancelled part-way through the six-month term.

No refunds, partial refunds, credits or transfers will be provided for non-attendance, non-participation, change of circumstances, change of mind or failure to achieve a particular result.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this six-month financial commitment.

Due to the digital, educational, energetic and transformational nature of our programmes and services, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
No chargebacks, reversals or payment disputes are permitted
Dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of participation, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, perceived value or failure to achieve desired results do not qualify for refunds
Access to materials, calls, communities, recordings or coaching constitutes full delivery of the programme

If you choose to discontinue participation for any reason you remain fully responsible for the complete payment amount agreed upon at checkout.

PAYMENT PLANS

A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled early
You are committing to the full purchase amount regardless of participation level, completion status or personal circumstances
All payments must be completed in full
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access to all programme materials, calls, communities and support, and may result in debt recovery procedures and additional administrative or legal fees where applicable

By purchasing you agree not to reproduce, share, distribute, copy or resell any content in any form without express written permission from Ciara Gilmore.

CONFIDENTIALITY
What is shared inside the container stays inside the container. You agree to treat all content shared by Ciara Gilmore and fellow participants — including calls, community discussions, personal shares and programme materials — with full confidentiality and respect. These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising from your purchase or participation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
