Access to materials, calls, communities, recordings or coaching constitutes full delivery of the programme

If you choose to discontinue participation for any reason you remain fully responsible for the complete payment amount agreed upon at checkout.

CONSUMER RIGHTS — DIGITAL CONTENT
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you acknowledge that by accessing digital content immediately upon purchase you agree to waive your 14-day statutory cancellation right. You confirm you have been informed of this and consent to immediate access.

PAYMENT PLANS
If you select a payment plan you acknowledge and agree that:

A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled early
You are committing to the full purchase amount regardless of participation level, completion status or personal circumstances
All payments must be completed in full
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of access to all programme materials, calls, communities and support, and may result in debt recovery procedures and additional administrative or legal fees where applicable

All programme content, materials, recordings, activations, meditations, PDFs, frameworks and resources created by Ciara Gilmore remain her sole intellectual property. By purchasing you agree not to reproduce, share, distribute, copy or resell any content in any form without express written permission from Ciara Gilmore.

You agree to treat all content shared by Ciara Gilmore and fellow participants — including calls, community discussions, personal shares and programme materials — with full confidentiality and respect. These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising from your purchase or participation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
